    Great way to get loose before a round of golf and could actually get you swing fast with some training because of its weight on the end. Get stretching tool as well.

    It’s a little light for a swing trainer. I tried the longer version and loved it except for the length. When I ordered the correct length it was so light. Less effective in my opinion.
