Very helpful to determine proper alignment and forward and back swing distances for various putt lengths. Also helpful to be able to see your head in the mirror to make sure it stays still.

The mirror has nice alignment lines on it and arrived nice and flat (unlike the extended shoulder alignment mirror of the same manufacturer) making it a useful aid to make sure your eyes are parallel to the putting line and directly above it. Comes with a nice nylon travel/storage bag to prevent scratches to the lexan/plexiglass mirror surface. Also helps you to see the putter path going back and forward up to the ball to help develop consistency. Surface is very reflective, and as previously mentioned, very flat so no distortion was noted. Well made putting practice aid.

Putting is such an overlooked part of improving golf game. This mirror allows you to align your stroke so it's even through impact and also to align your head/eyes in the proper spot. It's not metal and can feel flimsy but easy to throw in your golf bag to use on the putting green or even at home on the carpet.
