    This trainer is honestly excellent. I'm not sure I use it entirely as intended but I do use it all the time. I've been keeping it in my basement and I grab it to do practice swings inside throughout the day. The size is excellent for indoor use. I don't love the molded grip because my natural grip is slightly different, but I just ignore the contours and grip it as I typically grip my clubs. But all in all this thing is an excellent training aid for practicing swings, and I can sincerely say I've been hitting better since buying it. The weight change is fast and easy, and I would recommend this to anyone who is trying to make it easier to practice swinging as often as possible.

    I broke my wrist and needed to build up my joint and muscles before golf season. I was able to use this trainer in my house without breaking any valuables. Since I am a golf newbie, it was also helpful with my grip location.

    Excellent item, especially if new golfer. Will help with hand position and grip to muscle memory. Weighted well to loosen up the old back before a round. Only issue is not really a negative…but I ha e large hands and the grip is set up for med to small hands… I can work through this since my grip is well established. I bought because after a 3 year layoff due to back surgery it helps me get loose and get swing on proper plane. I would recommend to new golfers 🏌️‍♀️

    Terrific in door golf trainer. Take the inside weight out. To heavy. No muscle injuries.
    Use everyday. Start of with 10 swings THEN reverse , swing the opposite way. Then you will prevent a sway in your back developing. Been doing this for 40 years.
    Use the swing trainer for chipping and pitching motion again swing the opposite way. Your body loves it. Baseball switch hitters last a long time!! Oh! I'm a Golf Professional (43 years!)
