I saw this on social media and then found it on Amazon for a cheaper price and a discount and thought: 'why not?'. It's a great value for money!
Anyway, build quality it great. Functionality is superb. It helps with training your grip and it is light weight to put in your bag. Now, to help with the golf 'whip' like the Instagram reel mentioned and hearing that 'snap'…well, not so much. I can make it 'snap' without even whipping so it does not help practice my swing. I had this because I travel a lot for work and thought it would be great to have in my hotel room, but a small bath towel works better to work on the golf whip and build speed.
UPDATE: BTW, TSA does not like this and I had to surrender it at the airport. They said it looks too much like a weapon. So, if you buy this and like to travel, CHECK IT IN.

I wasn’t expecting too much, but this tool has helped my rhythm and slowed my swing. I like that it’s portable and can use it at my car before hitting the links. The grip is a good reminder of what a good grip should be and helps that to be consistent.

I have really been struggling g with my switch tempo the past two seasons . I bought this swing trainer and used it for two weeks . I found it trained my muscle memory rapidly and when I played my first game of the season I hit the ball better than I have for several years it takes just 10 minutes practice e per day and because it is so small can be safely used in any normal room.

I find it useful to practice with. I don't play very often but I can still get some reps in at home. It's also good that it doesn't take up much room so can be used indoors.
