These rings gave me a better sense of control with my clubs which transferred efficiently to my swing. I find them easy to use without a lot of adjusting and would recommend them as a starting point to getting comfortable with your swing.

I use these weights to loosen up my body before i head to the range or for a round of golf. Strap these on and make some gradual swings ending in a full swing allowing the club head to travel further then it would normally in your swing. this will extend past your actual swing to loosen up the extension a little more than just dry swinging your club at the range. also you can use the extra weight to bend you body one way with the club to help open up your back and flex the muscles to get them juiced up a bit before you start.

I should of got these long ago. It completely changed my getting ready for a round. Nice easy swings with the weight got me to a better warm up than swinging without. The rings are great but also the snap on weight was also nice for slow or paused back swings.
