Very heavy and shipped FLAT!
I had an older practice mat that I just wasn't happy with – they hit arrived folded with a crease, and was lightweight enough that it got knocked around a bit as I used it. This mat set solves both those problems! This mat comes with a seriously heavy rubber base. It's heavy enough to mat grass down when it lays in the yard, and also heavy enough to stay put when I start hitting balls off the top of it. It also comes with two different turf mats – One that's shorter to simulate fairway shots, and another that's longer to simulate hitting from the rough. Each map can be attached or removed from the rubber base by use of a full sheet of velcro that's permanently attached to every piece. The mat did come with a couple small teas. If you want to practice driver hits off of this, you'll probably want to grab a couple longer rubber ball stands. In summary, this map provides an excellent value for the price, and is built to last a long time!

    I love this mat! I keep it in my truck and over the noon hour I practice chipping. It's portable and tough as nails. I see zero wear after about two months of almost daily use. Definitely would buy again.
